NOTE: On Board Delivery - ALASKA Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order. If you're unsure or in between sizes, we recommend sizing up. No refund - for any/all items after they have been delivered to the ship, if even they have not been used/unopened/and need to be returned. If you need to return purchased gear you MUST bring it back home with you and return it back to Ship to Shore Traveler via our regular return procedures.
Refunds will NOT be provided for any purchased gear left onboard or given to staff, etc.

Orders cancelled before 14 days prior to embarkation date: Full refund
Orders cancelled after 14 days prior to embarkation date: We are obliged to charge US$50, which will be deducted from the order credit, to cover the cost of shipping, handling, etc. to get the package from the ship back to our warehouse in Seattle.
